The lakeside campus part 2

It's been a couple of days since the school of communication moved in, well after the last painful experience i had that i mentioned in my previous post, i am now riding my bike to college every single day no matter what time of the day. The traffic remains the same each day and i think everybody is used to being caught in the jamm, well as long as you reach college in time then its fine right? Who cares?

I've explored the campus myself and went to the library to do some discussions about assignments and such, well i can definitely say that the library is very futuristic and well equipped, discussion rooms, comfy chairs, the mac room, the printers section, etc Very convenient indeed, discussion rooms are not hard to get and sufficient to all students also, just show your id at the counter and return the key before the time limit given then you're fine, good for group assignments aye? much more better than doing it at starbucks or some cafe with so much of distraction and end up talking to each other.

I was talking to hazman the other day and i mentioned about the sport facilities in the campus, there's a futsal, netball, basketball, tennis court near the parking lot, and according to some friends they say that the taylors dodge ball team is the best in malaysia, so i popped by the court in the evening and saw alot of students playing dodge ball in the basketball court, and not only boys are the one's playing, even the girls are involved too, i feel it's good to enjoy yourself and get involved in sports after class to let out the stress or pressure in you, rather than staying at home facebook-ing the whole afternoon right? so i told hazman to get some friends and we'll play futsal tomorrow. Some students from foundation in mass comm turned up and we we played 3 on 3, hazman introduced me some of them and we started playing from 3 to 6, maxed out myself and died on the bed when i got home, i could barely move and my joints are starting to ache badly, turned in early that night without having dinner. Well at least i had a good sweat for the day.

Im starting to get along with the food at the cafeteria already, the food that i like best is the chicken rice and fish and chips from dessert bar, had any of you guys tried the nasi lemak from sister's crispy popiah before? every single day there's so many students craving for their nasi lemak, the chicken is crispy and the sambal is just nice to blend in with the rice, very filling and appetizing meal i can say. Other than that the norweigan sandwichches serves very nice waffle's and charge only rm2.80 for it, reasonable enough if you ask me. Basically the lakeside campus is fine for me and i am satisfied for what my parents paid, the only problem is the facilities are not up and complete yet for the students, I really hope everything would be in place before i finish my diploma and can get to see the developement in this lakeside campus. Okay i think this wraps up my post about the lakeside campus, updates coming next week peeps!

Here's a couple of pictures of the campus
